We then conduct an individual movement assessment, to assess imbalances and deficiencies. Then we apply a controlled test and measure approach to address your specific imbalances and improve overall strength and stability.
It is important to address not only the symptoms of the injury, but the causes. We have done this before when working with a range of injuries including issues such as back, knee, shoulder, and hip, plus multiple muscular issues, and even instances where we've been able to avoid surgery when it seemed this was the only possible option.
